Paper Submission

Papers should be submitted at the conference web site: EasyChair.org. on or before the deadline date of March 29, 2009 (extended).

If web submission is not possible,

Ø Manuscripts should be sent as an attachment via email to either of the Program Chairs (mailing address available in the left column of this page) on or before the deadline date of March 29, 2009 (extended).

Ø The attachment must be in .pdf (preferred) or word .doc format (download template: doc OR pdf).

Ø The subject of the email must be "IEEE IRI 2009 Submission."
